Since I’m still new to Tumblr, I have learned how to set up another blog that will feature my journey to being fit and being healthy. From now on, all fitness related post will be directed to this new blog, Darc Ritah: The Journey.
I hope to keep my Curious Tale of Ritah as a personal blog rather than a fitness blog. But I might mess up a few times, since I’m still learning the ropes!
Here is my updated AND final version of my everyday workout routine for the next month. These workouts are a combination of a few 30 day challenges, including 30 day abs, 30 day squats, 30 day planks, and 30 day jumping jacks. I haven’t included any cardio since that will vary from day to day but I hope someone else will find this schedule promising and pick it up on their fitness journey.
Might be a fun challenge to add on to the daily cardio!

That’s right….sitting here blogging while replaying another Pokemon hack…
It’s not that I didn’t want to go (trust me, I love me some RDJ) but more like I wasn’t invited by anyone to go. I hate everyone on this floor. No matter how much, or little, I suck up to people I never get anything in return. My roommate even told me she was going out with our suitemate like she was rubbing it in my face.
Yeah we’re still not on good terms in my mind but she doesn’t know that.
Finals are coming…and I need not stress these little things. Instead let’s celebrate my new haircut. (picture already posted earlier.)
